Our landscape company was asked not too long ago to create a beautiful beer garden area for Three Keys Brewery, a town favorite in Bradenton, FL. We took a parking lot area and transformed it into a gorgeous area for their customers to enjoy.
Learn about this project and everything our crew did to help make this beer garden become a reality, including adding concrete pavers, installing artificial turf, and building a stage for the brewery.
We created a custom concrete paver patio for the perfect gathering area.
Our first step was to properly level and grade the area so that we could install a large patio area. We opted to use different colors and patterns so that the space would be visually broken up. Concrete pavers are a great option for custom patios because they are designed to interlock with each other and do not require much stonework to put them together. Our expert hardscapers created a beautiful space that would be both functional and decorative for the beer garden.
So long as the area is maintained properly with cleaning and sealing, the brewery can enjoy the custom patio for decades to come.
The artificial turf surface will be cool to the touch and will not require a lot of maintenance.
We also added in some artificial turf to put in some color to the area. Artificial turf has many benefits, including:
- It stays cool to the touch. Even in direct sunlight, our high-quality fake grass product will still be cool to the touch.
- The synthetic turf will always be green. To get a bright green lawn, you usually have to implement routine lawn care. With synthetic turf, this is not the case–it will always be green under any conditions.
- Fake grass does not require a lot of maintenance. Real grass needs to be mowed regularly, along with other maintenance tasks. This fake grass does not need any of that and will only need to be swept or rinsed off occasionally.
An outdoor stage is perfect for local bands to showcase talent or a karaoke night.
We also built them an outdoor stage that will be the perfect area for outdoor events. This will allow the brewery to showcase local bands and other talent throughout the week. They can also host karaoke nights or other events that require a stage. The stage is also covered by a custom pergola to provide shade for any gigs that take place during the day, which can get quite warm during those southern Florida days.
